Alex Blackburn held several positions on the executive board during his time at KJRFC including Field Secretary and Business Secretary. You could always count on Alex to lend a hand whether it was giving it his all on the pitch, parking cars, lining the fields, showing up early to matches to help set up, or helping out a teammate in need. He's dependable, hard working, and selfless. He's the epitome of what a club man is and we are proud to have him as a part of the KJRFC Family. We asked Alex some questions about his time with the club and here are his responses.

"I'm planning on working for a sport organization in an entry level marketing position after gaining some work experience."
What did you like about the rugby club?

What was your fondest memory at KJRFC?
"Going on tour in New Zealand in 2017 and having the tour duty of the sandman."
What would you tell incoming players about our rugby club?

KJRFC wishes Alex the best in his next chapter after KU. Rock Chalk!
