Massive thanks to @yogambika_mfr for getting our guys’ bodies loose and their heads right to start off day two of camp. Ambika is a top notch yoga instructor. Part of what makes her so great at her job is the ability to ease your mind with words of encouragement, affirmation and positivity. Towards the end of our session, she told the guys to take a few minutes to appreciate where they are and who they are. We appreciate the opportunity to be here and to play this great sport.
